Q: Who inspires you?
There are so many inspirational women it’s hard to pick, but here are my top 3:

Cherie of Digital Picnic , who leads with empathy, puts her team first, supports working parents & believes in social media for social good. She’s also brilliant at her craft. The Digital Picnic is my go-to for everything social media training. Ronni Kahn of OzHarvest. While running her events business, Ronni noticed a huge volume of food going to waste. She then went on to found OzHarvest, which is now Australia’s leading food rescue organisation. Her book ‘A Repurposed Life’ is so inspirational, and I highly recommend everyone reads it. We need more Ronni’s in the world!Q: What does gender equality look like to you?
I have both a son and a daughter, and we teach them that they can do anything they want in life regardless of gender as long as they have enough grit, determination and persistence! There are no pink jobs or blue jobs in our family!
Q: What’s my superpower?
Empathy. It helps in all areas of my life, but especially in business, as I can understand what my clients need, even if they can’t articulate it. It also helps when writing content as I can put myself in our audience’s shoes and write content that speaks to them.
