Q: What is The Brilliant Content Agency?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We create ongoing content for service based businesses, most of whom have high value, infrequently purchased products or services. Our main output is written articles but we also do a lot of work around branding such as brand and website updates and video scripts.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Q: What do you love about your job? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I love the freedom to come up with ideas and put them into play. Some of my clients have been with us for 5 years so it’s a case of constantly learning new things, as well as keeping up with the latest trends in content marketing and working out where they might fit best for different clients. As well as this the goal of flexibility and autonomy mean I never really feel like I have a ‘job’.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Q: How do you keep the creative juices flowing?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Necessity is truly the mother of all invention: deadlines, learning new skills and Morning Pages. Other than that, vitamins, sleep and having strict boundaries around work time.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Q: Who do you look to for inspiration?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I stay in my own lane as much as I can. I prefer to spend the weekend gardening and letting ideas bubble away in my subconscious over looking at what other people are doing.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
